ORDERING INFORMATION
Please refer to our ordering guide to place an order:
1) To be able to purchase from Ohvola, you will need to have an account with us. You may set up an account HERE.
2) Add the selected item(s) into your Shopping Bag.
3) Proceed to Check Out. Do note that checking out of items does not constitute a reservation of the items in your Shopping Bag. To secure your items, please submit your payment details as soon as possible.
4) Wait for payment invoice details that will be sent to you shortly.
5) Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of an invoice via email.
6) Please make your payment within 12hours.
7) Orders that have not been paid for within 12 hours will be cancelled with or without prior notice. Items will be re-allocated to customers on the waiting list. You may place another order if your selected items are still available for purchase.
) If the item(s) you are interested in has been listed as Out of Stock, you may opt to put yourself on the waiting list. An email notification will be sent to you if/when there is available stock for purchase.
9) Ohvola does not offer reservations, self-collections, meet-ups or trades.
POSTAGE MATTERS
All local deliveries (Normal and Registed mail) are handled by the Singapore Post Office.
Delivery of Normal mail takes 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays. We are unable to track parcels posted via Normal mail and strongly encourage customers to opt for Registered mail. Ohvola will not be responsible for lost parcels posted via Normal mail.
Normal Postage costs SGD$1.50 per item, and an additional SGD$0.50 for every subsequent item.
Delivery of Registered mail takes 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays.
Registered mail is an additional $2.24 per parcel in addition the cost of Normal mail. Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request. Please note that should no one receive the parcel upon delivery, the postman will leave you a notification slip. You may then retrieve your parcel at the nearest post office the following day.

Please note that only payment via Internet banking and Paypal will be accepted. Ohvola will not accept payment made via ATM transfers.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Should your item be defective, we endeavour to exchange it at no additional cost. In the event that an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.All exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please do email us with snapshots of the defects. Our customer service team will review the situation and respond promptly. Requests for exchanges made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be entertained.
Items that have been washed will not be exchanged or refunded.Length discrepancies of 0.5 - 1" in our given measurements are not deemed defects.We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in the wrong size.Please note that the colour of the items you see are dependent on the resolution of your screen. As such, the colour of the actual item may differ slightly from that on your screen.
